Key Account Executive (Central & Perak)

Delivers sales volume achievement and market share by developing strong business partnerships with customers in stores**Responsibilities**:- Promote and sell our portfolio of products to outlets/customers for stores- Evaluate and anticipate needs of the outlets/customers, recommend win-win solutions and build productive long lasting relationships- Forecast sales & trends and develop more effective sales plans to deliver on Sales strategies- Actively look for opportunities and follow up on sales leads- Work closely with Marketing to execute top-notch promotions and activation- Constantly maintain highest standards of execution and ensure brand presence & product availability- Gather insights and feedback on market trends to improve Sales performance**Requirements**:- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field- At least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment- Fluent in written & spoken English- Highly passionate about sales; with a proven track record is best- Has a good understanding of different sales techniques- Strong communication, negotiation/influencing and interpersonal skills- Driven, outgoing and is a self-starter- Comfortable with numbers and is IT literate (Microsoft Excel, etc)- Must possess a valid full driving license.
