Key Account Executive - Southern Region

**Responsibilities**:- Establish new customers by implementing appropriate sales strategies and tactics- Develop and maintain a successful business relationship with customers by providing support, guidance and recommending quality and service- Handle customers' query by preparing costing and products specification then liaise with Key Account Manager Support on generating quotations.- Follow up on quotation and sample submission status.- Ensure customers's feedback and/or compaplaints are handled timely. Work effectively with various internal departments to investigate customers' complaints, develop solutions; prepare reports ; and make recommendations to customer.- Responsible for preparing and presenting sales performance reports, forecast and weekly activities reports.**Job Requirements ;**- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.- 2 to 3 years of working experience in the field of sales/marketing/account management field.- Result-oriented and self motivated individual.- Good in communication and problem soving.- Language requirement ;English : Written & Spoken- **Possess own transportation and have the ability to travel across Southern Region****Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insuranceSchedule:- Day shiftApplication Question(s):- Do you willing to travel across Southern Regions?
