Ensure KPI and goals of the assigned accounts in the portfolio are met- Leading all aspects of account management and new business development activities including strategy development & tactical execution, setting account goals and objectives, driving efforts to achieve it- Work with internal stakeholders (product, marketing, finance, network and sales) to differentiate ourselves and enhance our competitiveness- Build market position in the assigned account by identifying potential business deals and closing relationship with existing and new customers- Working closely with Solution Channels Manager and Identifying new solutions for all assigned customers for sustainable account growthWhat do you need to have for this role?- Tertiary education in relevant field of studyGood working knowledge in using CRM system- Ability to influence and successfully lead in a fast-paced environment- Dynamic builder of relationships with key customers and operationsWhat's next?Maxis values diverse voices & people.
