Our members can earn points at Shell, Parkson, Ambank and over 3,600 leading retailers and merchants across the country.We are embarking on a significant period of cultural change within the organisation by embracing technology and data as the drivers for future growth, whilst retaining our strengths in customer service, product and brand.We're looking for a experienced and inspiring Key Accounts Manager to manage our financial and retail partnershipsYou will be responsible for working with our partners to drive win-win outcomes and champion their initiatives inside Bonuslink.Partnership Development & ManagementManage and develop strong business partnerships with the partners whilst defining overall KPIs for the accounts;Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements;Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives;Play an integral part in generating new sales with new partners with the aim of creating long-lasting partnerships.Key Account ManagementManage all negotiations with both new and existing partners; which includes reviewing the existing contracts;Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner;Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams and work alongside with cross functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of branded campaigns and growth strategies;Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain a trusting relationship;Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using the appropriate key account metrics.Requirements:Minimum of 4 years of proven experiences as a Key Account Manager;Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels;Strong ability in problem-solving and negotiation;Ability to articulate BonusLink's business strategy and constantly seek for a win-win solution that works for both parties;Proactive and independent learner with a good understanding of merchant solutions;Highly motivated and goal-driven with an ambitious appetite for success;Excellent organizational skillswith great attention to details.Experience of managing financial services and/or retail clients (preferred)
