Key Account Manager

**Job Description & Responsibilities**- Managing existing Key Account customers, i.e. Guardian, Caring, AEON Wellness, Healthlane, Georgetown and Wellings etc. with company strategy and procedure.- Comprehending of marketing strategies with excellent in store execution.- Responsible for individual Key Account business plans, performances, ROI, forecasts and distribution targets.- Understand Key Accounts corporate and category strategies.- Maintain and develop relationships across all functions and levels internally and externally including assigned Key Accounts, marketing, sales promoters, logistics and finance.- Successful negotiate process for favourable trading terms on price, service and profitability.- Conduct regular meetings and business reviews to monitor and review progress with ROI in line with agreed objectives.- Ensuring the availability of market intelligence and tracking of competitor pricing and strategies.- Identify and develop new business opportunities along with new customers.- Conduct or coordinate product training to internal and external parties.- Planning and executing on daily coverage based on monthly plan.**Requirements**:- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in dealing/selling to Chain Pharmacy such as Guardian, Watson etc.- Diploma/Degree- Excellent selling, negotiation and analytical skills.- Good communication and interpersonal skills with good working attitude.- Skilled in engaging with customers to achieve company objectives.- Able to converse in English & Malay with Cantonese/ Mandarin being an added advantage.- Can effectively cope with change and is self-motivated.- Entrepreneur mindset.- Skilled in Microsoft Office.- Possess own transport and valid driving licence- Direct exposure to healthcare industry is an advantage**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Kepong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 75% (preferred)
