Job Title: Account Manager (B2B) / Customer Success Specialist (B2B)

Summary of Position:  We are currently seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Account manager to become a vital part of our dynamic team. Your expertise in sales and ability to communicate technical information in an easy way will be instrumental in driving successful sales, expanding our client base, and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. 
Job Responsibilities:  - Manage all assigned leads (potential clients) from initial contact to successful sales ordering and establish long-term customer relationships. 
- Coordinate and oversee the entire order processing, including client communications, quotation, Production, logistics, and warehouse coordination, to ensure seamless order fulfillment. 
- Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely, courteous, and attentive customer service. 
- Thoroughly explain and recommend suitable components/materials and pricing to fulfill the unique needs of each customer. 
- Ensure prompt responses and follow-ups on all projects and customer inquiries. 
- Collaborate with the internal team to facilitate necessary arrangements as required. 
- Coordinate sample production and delivery when necessary. 
- Collect valuable feedback from customers and prospects and communicate it effectively to the management and production team. 
Job Requirements:  - Demonstrated experience and understanding of board games, card games, and their relevant components. 
- Exhibit a stable personality and commitment to a long-term collaboration. 
- Possess strong customer service skills and patience, with a genuine desire to assist people. 
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
