_**Job Description **:_As a Tamil Language Teacher at Tadika Karisma, you'll be responsible for creating an engaging and immersive learning environment for preschool-aged children. Your role will involve introducing Tamil language, culture, and basic literacy skills through interactive and age-appropriate activities.- **Key Responsibilities**:_- **Curriculum Development**: Design and implement a comprehensive curriculum that introduces Tamil language fundamentals through play-based and experiential learning.- **Lesson Planning**:Prepare daily and weekly lesson plans that align with the curriculum, incorporating various teaching methodologies to cater to different learning styles.- **Teaching and Instruction**:Conduct Tamil language classes using creative teaching methods, storytelling, games, songs, and other interactive activities to engage young learners.- **Progress Evaluation**: Assess students' progress through observations, informal assessments, and occasional formal evaluations.
