Education - To make sure reading records of children are maintained and checked regularly. - To make sure all books are used according to students' levels, marked consistently. Environment - Use right tone of voice to the children and giving positive teacher's talk - English communication is heard in the center by all staffs and children are able to understand and communicate in full English sentences - Children are well supervised looking bubbly, adorable and happy with the staff and enjoying themselves. Maintenance - To make sure ventilation, lighting and temperature control in the class with some natural lighting through window - To make sure full range of learning materials appropriate size and reachable to children's need.
