Job Requirement: '¢ 6 day work week '¢ Develop effective job coaching and employment plans for the trainees '¢ Dedicated and passionate to work with children and young adults with learning disabilities '¢ Able to exhibit love, care and responsibility towards each trainee/ student '¢ Must be willing to support teachers, provide training and guidance to all trainees/ students '¢ Assess the strengths of each trainee and assist them to use their skills effectively '¢ Liaise with parents and carers of trainees/ students '¢ Monitor and evaluate progress of trainees on weekly basis '¢ Keep records and documentation and prepare appropriate reports '¢ Prior experience working with children with special education needs will be an added advantage Benefits: '¢ EPF/SOCSO '¢ Annual leave '¢ Medical leaveRay Of Hope is a non-profit organisation that reaches out to individuals with learning disabilities by providing educational programmes and vocational skill training.
