Prepare all dishes and ingredients before the start of service. - Preparing food items according to the Standard Operating Procedure. - Ensure order is cooked adequately and delivered on time to ensure customer satisfaction. - Practise First In First Out to prevent food wastage. - To maintain a safe, hygienic environment at all times. - Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality and appearance. - Assist in monitoring, maintaining and cleaning equipment, storage and work areas. - Able to work cohesively as part of a team and build relationships. - Able to adhere to all safety regulations and quality controls. - Able to stand for long hours at a time and work in a fast-paced environment. - Friendly, hardworking, and proactive. - Able to work independently under mínimal supervision. - Prior experience working in a kitchen environment would be an added advantage.a modern fusion restaurant in kl city centreSPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
