Kitchen Crew (Commis)

Able to operate kitchen equipment like braising pan, baking ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers.- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.- Prepares, seasons, and cooks a wide variety of meats, vegetables, soups, breakfast dishes and other food items.- Washand peel fresh fruits, vegetables and also able to weigh, measure and mixing ingredients in correct proportions.- Set-up the station with parstocks of menu items, and prepare the dishes designated for that station.- Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel.- Control food stock and food cost in his section/kitchen.- Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen.Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per monthCOVID-19 considerations:Wear mask, & practice physical distancingAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- cooking: 1 year (preferred)License/Certification:- Typhoid Injection (preferred)- Food Handler Certificate (preferred)Application Deadline: 07/31/2023
