Kitchen Crew

**Job Scope:- **- Cleaning all dishes, work stations, cooking equipment, and food storage areas in accordance with food safety regulations.- Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients for subsequent use by the chef.- Sweeping, wiping the mirror and mopping floors, as required.- Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.- Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations.- Assisting with the monitoring of inventory.- Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the kitchen manager.- Cleaning trash cans and disposing refuse on a regular basis.- Must be 18 years old and above- Must have own transportation- Must thyphoid certificate- Have knowledge about food safety procedures- Ability to lift up to heavy lifting- Excellent organizational, time management skills and can do multitasking job.- Capacity to adapt work fast paced environments.- Ability to work shift, over weekends and on public as needed.**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Meal allowanceSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay
