Kitchen Crew (Taman Melati, Kl)

Kitchen crew is responsible to cook at various stations in a high-volume kitchen environment and responsible for creating an exceptional culinary experience for the guests through preparation, cooking and food preparation. Duties & Responsibilities: - Work in the designated station as set by Sous Chef. - Able to organise the assigned work area and able to operate kitchen equipment - Assist other Team Members in the kitchen when needed or perform any tasks assigned by the management - Wash and disinfect kitchen area, workstations, tables, tools, knives and other equipment - Responsible to maintain cleanliness, sanitation at the assigned work area. - Responsible for preparing and cooking all foods items by the recipe and to specification. - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, storing food. - Cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards and foodZaiyadal Sdn Bhd Family Group("ZSB FG") was incorporated in July 1992 as a family owned investment holding company.
