DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: '¢ To assist maanger in food preparation according to restaurant standard; '¢ To maintain the cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and related areas; '¢ To ensure that the ingredient(s) is prepared and stored hygienically as per our standard SOP; '¢ To coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations; '¢ Any ad-hoc duties as required by Management JOB REQUIREMENT: '¢ Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encourage to apply; '¢ With or without experiences as training will be provided; '¢ Able to communicate in Chinese. Others spoken language would be value added; '¢ Discipline and self-motivator; '¢ Willing to work on shift basis, weekends and public holiday; '¢ Age at 16 '" 40 years old;SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
