Kitchen Helper / Commis - Part Time

Responsibilities:- To assist chef in ensuring that all mise-en-place are prepared accordingly to recipes given and subsequently maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen.- To assist chef to prepare the food following to the food ordering system.- To ensure food presentation is follow SOP and ensure orders are made in order time in.- To arrange and keep good inventory of all food items in kitchen.- To ensure minimum kitchen wastage.- Any other tasks assigned by Head Chef.**Requirements**:- Minimum 1 years experience in a similar position and operation.- Diploma in Culinary or related certificate.- Solid knowledge of basic principles of cookery.- Experience in buffet station & buffet preparation would be an added advantage.**Job Type**: Part-time**Salary**: RM7.21 per hourSchedule:- Rotational shiftApplication Question(s):- When are you able to start if you were hired?- What's the best way to contact you?- Do you have your own transportation?- Are you in Kota Kinabalu?
