Kitchen Helper

1. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition 2. Maintain and achieve a high standard of food quality, preparation and production 3. Carry out any reasonable duty to assist in the smooth running of the kitchen 4. Load or unload trucks that deliver or pick up food and supplies 5. Receive and store supplies 6. Clean and prepare various foods for cooking, serving 7. Stock supplies such as food and utensils in serving stations, cupboards and refrigerators 8. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas 9. Washing and preparing the vegetables needed for cooking and/or storage 10. Washes work utensils (knifes, chopping board etc), tables, walls, ceiling, fans, extractor fan, refrigerators, appliances (refrigerator, blender) and equipments in clean and orderly conditionSPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
