A product engineering technician (EMT) works in the SORT/Manufacturing test floor, providing real time validation and analysis of rejects from Yield Issues, ILLIAD triggered lots, support PDE activities for new test program releases and providing overall support for Product Development Engineering operational excellence. During analysis, the EMT may need to consult with on-shift Product and or module engineers and manufacturing technicians to further validate his/her findings. The product engineering technician will also work with manufacturing stakeholders Technicians and engineers in reject/DOE analysis under TF/xRBs.
EMT responsibilities include but not limited to:
? MOLESORT SUPPORT
Engineering validation activity setup & processing (F5 type) from TP development team before the factory manufacturing technician execute.
Production validation activity processing (F3 type) and closely work with engineers for the AMCT setup and job execution till completion.
Assist, troubleshoot & support engineers for the ULINC remote debug session/standing-die debug support
Provide material and tool configuration support into molesort system
Support ad-hoc special request by the molesort job submitter for general task or help requested from the factory line
? Shift Based KMDS FACTORY LINE OPERATION SUSTAINING/DivENG Support
Manage timely PROD lot disposition within TPT for on-hold materials
divENG lot disposition during ES/pre-PRQ/other engineering validation activities in factory
Monitor multiple performance parameters through scripting capability for timely excursion/signal detection & feedback to engineering team
Perform first level CA upon abnormality detection during line operation at SDS/SDT
? ENGINEERING/FLOOR EXECUTION SUPPORT TO MPE SORT Product Leads (PL)
TP pilot lot monitoring and follow-up for timely completion
Assist engineers with lot disposition by case request
Assist engineers with die inking/die split process
Correlation/TD/ENG die receiving support and storage management
SOLAR request response & processing (for MPE request)
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be diploma Graduate in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunication, Automation and Control Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science. Excellent problem solving, technical, team and communication skills. Eager to learn, desire for growth and willingness to contribute towards team success.
