DescriptionsThe Advisory Aces is a structured 2-year rotational programme for selected high-achieving Graduates, open to all disciplines spanning a broad overview of the Advisory division. They will undergo selected rotations within selected departments, subject to the Firm's discretion in consideration of project requirements. For Accounting and Finance candidates, they will undergo a rotation in Audit as well. Upon completion, the candidate will be placed in a suitable department upon review of their performance in all rotations throughout the program subject to the Firm's discretion. Apply now to stand a chance to be interviewed by the KPMG People Team leading up to the UKEC - GRADUAN Malaysian Career Fair 2024!ResponsibilitiesAs part of each rotation: - Collaborate actively as a team member in project delivery. - Assist the project manager or work-stream leader in reaching project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), handling project filing, and upholding project quality standards. - Engage in the creation of comprehensive business reports and the preparation of presentation slides. - Aid the Business Development team by contributing to proposal writing, conducting research, and developing sales presentation slides and kits. - Conduct research and analysis to meet project needs and contribute to the development of best practices.Requirements- Master's/Bachelor's Degree from any discipline, Actuarial, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance or Economics would be an advantage - First Class Honours or CGPA 3.50 and above - Excellent leadership qualities - A great team player - Active involvement in co-curricular activities
