Lab Assistant

Conduct routine tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.- Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological analyses using laboratory equipment and techniques.- Record and interpret test results accurately, documenting findings in detailed reports.- Assist in the development and validation of analytical methods for quality control purposes.- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory, including equipment calibration and maintenance.- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking laboratory supplies and reagents.- Collaborate with Quality Control and Production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.- Participate in internal and external audits, providing support as needed and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in food safety and quality assurance.**Qualifications**:- SPM, Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., FDA, HACCP, GMP).- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.- Familiarity with food testing methods and equipment is preferred.- Understanding of statistical analysis and quality control techniques is a plus.**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Night shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime payAbility to Commute:- Nilai (required)Ability to Relocate:- Nilai: Relocate before starting work (required)
