Lab Manager (Qa/Qc)

Lab documentation & sampling, specification & procedures, tests, equipment control & calibration, customers queries and audits.- QA/QC: raw material, online production, and finished products. Maintain sampling data records, technical troubleshooting and problem solving.- Countermeasures for non-conformance, disposition R&D, products development, trial records and project launch and intro.- New source and materials quality/usability determination, sample tests, raw material coding and listing records.- Quality and raw material adjustments for urgent production, or other situations due to raw material shortage and etcetera.- Market project support, customer's specific enquiry support, samples preparation for customers, attending to complaints or claims, technical support in quotation.- Continuous product development, improvement, and economization.- Perform customer audits, including third party audits.- Mortar and Precast production support, technical and process assistance and quality determination.- Provide communication, feedback, technical support, documentation and catalogue to Sales staff and customers.- Perform other duties deemed appropriate as assigned by CEO**Job Requirements**:- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.- At least 5 years of working experience as a Manufacturing QAQC or R&D Lab in Manufacturing is required for this position.- Possess logical experimentation knowledge, planning, and organization skills.- High literacy in ICT and computer softwares to assist in daily activities.- Excellent conflict resolution skills, communication and negotiation skills.- Knowledge in testing/sampling, technical writing/reporting, and analytical skills.- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with the team, superiors, and clients.- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.- Able to work independently, logically, and systematically with minimum supervision.**Salary**: Up to RM10,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
