Laboratory Admin

**Responsibilities**:- Provide daily administrative support to the Laboratory Manager.- Provide administrative and office support for Lab include receiving and directing visitors, preparing PPE for new employees, maintaining and ordering inventory / stationaries in the Lab.- Requesting quotation from suppliers and preparing PO.- Assist in generating COA reports daily using NAVARIK system and ensuring that all information on the reports is accurate and closing AIMS.- Perform general clerical duties such as scanning, filing, photocopying of documents, and updating of relevant information into the lab's system.- Assist to keep accurate records of data in the Lab Job Board and any historical folders.- Assist in preparing paperwork during witnessing jobs (in lab).- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by Management.**Requirements**:- Minimum SPM and above.- 1 to 2 years of relevant admin work experiences.- Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel.- Good working attitude, has initiative, self-motivated, willing to learn and work hard.- Good oral communication and typing skills.- Attention to detail;- Ability to prioritize effectively and able to multi-task.- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and is a good team player.- Able to commence work immediately.- Prefer Pengerang and Desaru residents.**Additional Information**:- Salary commensurate with experience & skills.Please include the following in your resume (if any):- Last drawn / current and expected salary.- Reason(s) for leaving previous / current company.- Education background.- Work experience in point forms.**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insuranceSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Overtime pay- Yearly bonus
