Landscape Architect

**Responsibilities**:- We are looking for a new passionate team to collaborate and grow together!- **Requirements**:- Preferably 3 - 5 Year(s) and above related working experience in Landscape Architecture field.- 2. Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop and MS Office.- 4. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English (written & spoken).- 5. Possess excellent presentation, design, hand sketch and documentation skills- **Job Description**:- 1. Initiable design concept and design philosophy for new developments within the timeframe given.- 2. Presentation of design intends, materials selection costing etc from conceptual design stage up to design development stage.- 3. Prepare details drawings, submission drawings, tender/contract drawings and documents to ensure compliance with requirements.- 4. Prepare construction drawings and assist Project Manager during construction stage to ensure intends are interpreted and implemented accurately.- 5. Attend meetings with other consultants, clients and landscape contractors to resolve project and technical issues.- 6. Assist on presentation to the clients on design changes, material changes, costing etc.- 7. Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the Leader/management.**Benefits**:- EPF- SOCSO- Annual Leave
