This is a great opportunity to be part of a like-minded, driven group of individuals and hone in on your creativity to implement new initiatives.Join the team that is steering the exciting eCommerce revolution in Southeast Asia!**Responsibilities**:- Reporting to Category Manager you will be responsible for:- Engaging and building relationships with sellers to plan assortment, pricing, promotional and campaign activities on Lazada to achieve sales goals.- Analyzing and preparing weekly performance figures to management, active participation in weekly and monthly business reviews.- Developing understanding of category dynamics in online market, spotting trends and support category manager to develop category strategy to grow the segment on Lazada.- Constantly be prepared to learn new skill sets and be on the forefront of e-commerce knowledge development, and coach sellers to adopt new tools and features to drive customer engagement and retention.- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to communicate with internal and external parties to carry out daily tasks and projects smoothly to deliver results.**Job Requirements**- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):- In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:- Bachelor's Degree in any fields- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)- Problem solving, project management and communication skills- Work experience in e-commerce, retail or business development role would be a plus- Self-learner, open to challenge, motivated to go extra miles!
