Focused on delivering an excellent customer experience, it offers multiple payment methods including cash-on-delivery, comprehensive customer care and hassle-free returns through its own first- and last-mile delivery arm supported by 80+ logistics partners.**Responsibilities**:- Reporting to Category Manager- General Merchandise, you will be responsible for- Engaging and building relationships with sellers to plan assortment, pricing, promotional and campaign activities on Lazada to achieve sales goals- Analyzing and preparing weekly performance figures to management, active participation in weekly and monthly business reviews.- Developing understanding of general merchandise category dynamics in online market, spotting trends and support category manager to develop category strategy to grow the segment on Lazada.- Constantly be prepared to learn new skill sets and be on the forefront of e-commerce knowledge development, and coach sellers to adopt new tools and features to drive customer engagement and retention.- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to communicate with internal and external parties to carry out daily tasks and projects smoothly to deliver results.**Job Requirements**- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):- Bachelor's Degree in any fields-1-2 years experience in e-commerce industry- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)- Problem solving, project management and communication skills- Work experience in e-commerce, retail or business development role would be a plus- Self-learner, open to challenge, motivated to go extra miles!
