Lead Business Analyst

**A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES****1.**Responsible for Requirements Discovery & Gathering Workshops**2.**Document the requirements into Flowcharts, Functional Specs, etc.**3.**Review Epics & Features to create relevant User Stories & Tasks accordingly**4.**Facilitate Daily Stand-up Meetings and identify blockers and solutions**5.**Prepare Test Plan & Test Script for functional test (UI Upgrade).**6.**Supports project team to successful QA testing as per Project Delivery Plan.**7.**Preparation of User Manual and Visual Manual.**8.**Undertake other such reasonable duties as required by the Management.**D. QUALIFICATION/ SKILLS/ BEHAVIOURS**Educational Qualification1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Business Administration or any other fields.2. At least 5 years of working experience as Business Analyst using Agile Methodology**Skills**:1. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is required.2. Experience working on project testing on documentation is preferred.3. Documentation Standard and Version Controls Management skill.4. Knowledge in Payroll Operations, Payroll Engine Project Implementation and Outsourcing.5. Knowledge in HR Apps (HCM, HRMS, Employee Self Service ESS).Characteristic of Behaviors1.
