**Join the industry leader to design the next generation of breakthroughs**:**THE FUTURE IS WHAT WE MAKE IT****_Lead Channel Sales Representative (Channel Sales Manager / HCI Sales Channel Leader)_****_Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia_**As the **Channel Sales Manager/HCI Sales Channel Leader**, you are responsible for business development activities that generate new business pipelines through SBG channels, and shepherd strategic, high-value opportunities to close.Developing an annual game plan to deliver success through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, executed and measured monthly, you will collaborate closely with the region's Channel Account Executives to ensure that orders targets are achieved.Responsible for working closely with internal stakeholders within our channels to provide strategic analysis and recommendations related to product roadmaps, strategy, technology, and business development, you will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience and scalable go-to-market plans.**Key Responsibilities**:- Develop Sales Channel Strategic plans that align to our Goals and Objectives- Support HPS Sales Management / Account Management to cover all Channel Install Base Accounts as well as underserved Accounts, in all Verticals coordinating with HCI support functions where required- Maximize HCI Software content in all Channel projects opportunities, maintaining HCI content in the opportunity category- Manage and improve HCI pipeline and BANT qualify opportunities in your Region in HCE SFDC- Own the real-time Sales Management Operating System (MOS) between HCI and the Channel, and the corresponding reporting and potential resource requests/allocations- Conduct reporting, analysis, and forecasting from sales pipeline data/CRM - look for continuous improvements in the MOS- Provide profitable and strategic orders growth- Deliver pipeline growth and sufficiency for the regional channel team, ensuring its progress and quality- Drive and maintain high productivity, quality and integrity, leveraging Honeywell Connected Enterprise's SBI framework- Own the region's channel order quotas, ensuring consistent performance across all sellers in an overlay capacity**Key Experience & Capabilities**:- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnership, strategic sales and account management or management consulting- Proven experience working with internal stakeholders from various functions and levels- Strong presentation, written and executive communication skills**We Value**:- Analytical mindset and comfortable with ambiguity- A technical aptitude and ability to maintain a deep product understanding- Strong understanding of industrial markets and technology- Customer mindset and exceptional attention to detail- Experience in development of Channel Strategic Plans, implementation and execution- Experience with SFDC and BANT qualification**Additional Information**:- ** JOB ID**:HRD207081- ** Category**:Sales- ** Location**:UOA Corporate Tower, Avenue 10, The Vertical,,Bangsar South City, No. 8, Jalan Kerinchi,Kuala Lumpur,WILAYAH PERSEKUTUAN,59200,Malaysia- Exempt
