1. Lead the development of web applications.
2. Undertake architecture planning, construction and delivery process
improvements
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build and extend consumer
and/or partner facing new products, platforms and features.
4. Monitor the performance of existing applications and continuously improve
them on both code and experience level.
5. Ensure regulatory compliance and good governance of existing and future
applications on the web platform.
6. Manage and update the technology stack.
7. Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize
development efficiency.
8. Active involvement in UAT/production & DR support.
9. Work with Infra teams to ensure system availability and stability. Support
project transitions to BAU operations
10. Other duties as assigned by the Management
JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Hands-on experience in implementation and/ or support of .NET windows/
web-based applications.
2. Minimum 3 years of leading a small to medium team of developers and a
successful track record of delivering features, products and value.
3. IT/Computer knowledge - Dot Net Visual Studio, SQL Server, JQuery,
HTML5/ CSS Experience in other web technologies (WCF, REST API)
4. Highest academic qualification Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information
Systems, Information Technology or Computer Science.
5. Minimum 5 years' experience in implementation, design, support and software
development.
6. Other requirements Experience in developing and implementing software
using Agile methodology
