Lead Inspector

Performing safety inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with government regulations- Inspecting work sites to identify potential hazards that may be hazardous to workers or the public- Communicating with facility managers regarding construction plans and work schedules to minimize disruption to the public or other tenants in the building being renovated or rebuilt- Inspecting equipment at construction sites to ensure that it is being used safely, following manufacturer instructions, or being properly maintained- Training other inspectors in proper safety procedures and accident prevention techniques- Observing workers at job sites to ensure that they are complying with safety regulations and performing their jobs safely- Inspecting buildings for code violations and making recommendations for repairs or renovations to bring them up to code- Conducting fire drills and inspections to ensure that fire safety equipment works properly and that employees know how to use it- Preparing reports documenting the findings of each inspection, including photographs of unsafe conditions**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payCOVID-19 considerations:Ability to commute/relocate:- Melaka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Expected Start Date: 01/24/2024
