WHAT WOULD YOU DO Be a holistic thinking partner with the Head of Product Design, Lead Product Writer, and UXR Lead in setting out vision and roadmaps to scale and impact business. Collaborate with Product, Technology and business units to arrive to design strategies that are data-driven and human-centred. Plan and conduct user research, testing and validating design solutions based on discovered opportunities, insights, and feature requests through data analysis and user behaviour. Lead design conversations within the organization, and articulate design solutions to business stakeholders and leadership in a clear and structured manner, with great story-telling skills. Understand and advocate for coherent, yet impactful user experiences across our product offerings with an eye for growth. Operationalize improvements in product design & content, and processes with scale and flexibility in mind. Manage product design requirements and project timeline independently for the team with reasonable prioritization skills and within defined success metrics. Assist on team's recruitment and people development. Be the mentor and leader to the product design team. WHO SHOULD JOIN US 6+ years of experience in a UX / Product Design role. Have succeeded in projects with support of UX design principles, or psychology of design and customer profile building. Demonstrate your skills, thought process and knowledge with an online portfolio. Familiarity with design sprints, ideation, user research, wireframes, prototyping, and visual design. Strong Understanding of usability design, UX research process and best practices. Have understanding, practice or participated in team building at work.
