Lead, Vendor Incubation & Experience

Job Description Ensure a strong communication plan with our portfolio of vendors to strengthen relationships and improve their performance on the platform Manage and resolve vendor-related inquiries, issues, and escalations Analyze vendor performance data and develop strategic plans to boost the team's performance Ability to work with different teams (inter and intra-department) to ensure a smooth vendor journey and high-quality vendor experience within the platform Work closely with HoD and provide guidance to team members to ensure continuous increase in productivity, motivation, learning, and process improvement Gather insights and understand pain points from all team members and from different regions in Malaysia in order to develop recommendations for future initiatives and road map development Qualifications Fluent in English and Salesforce knowledge is a must! Minimum of 4 year experience in managing performing teams Highly proficient in MS Office with strong Excel skills Demonstrate problem-solving ability with experience in providing practical business insights from large and complex data sets Analytical, number-oriented, attention to details, and strong organizational skills Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is able to make quick, assertive decisions Independent and highly motivated fast learner Positive attitude with good communication skills Must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar Lover of food is a must!
