**Responsibilities**- Develop and deliver engaging Yellow Belt Lean Six Sigma training sessions to individuals and teams.- Create instructional materials, presentations, and exercises to effectively convey Lean Six Sigma principles and tools.- Facilitate interactive discussions and activities to reinforce learning objectives and encourage participation.- Assess participants' understanding and progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises.- Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor training content to specific organizational needs and objectives.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Lean Six Sigma methodology to continuously enhance training effectiveness.**Requirements**:A. Minimum Education Requirement- Degree in any disciplineB. Minimum Relevant Work Experience- 3 years customer service experience with minimum 2 years training experienceC. Minimum Training Required- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software for creating training materials and presentations.- Ability to adapt training approaches and materials to meet the needs of different learning styles and experience levels.D.
