Plans and conduct New Employees Orientation Program (NEOP). Develops on-line training material and publish it in LMS according to corporate standard practice. Coordinates and executes leadership and company learning programs in location, including facilitation of Maxeon Leader Program and other courses as set by Global TM&OD and local needs. Responsible for being the key relationship holder with Global TM&OD and Comms, communicating site needs and translating global needs locally into practical actionable plans to improve learning, capabilities, and culture. Develops and deploys communication plan for site / location, aligned with the global strategy. Participates and is an active member of the global communication working group. Involved in developing country HR policies and procedures with Regional HR Leader aligned with market best practices. Plans and supports company-wide information meetings such as All-Hands Meeting, Annual Performance Review Exercise, Change Management Coordinate with Global Comms in executing Employee Engagement Programs.RELATED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTSDegree in human resource or Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in HR field is required for this position. Good working knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
