Job ResponsibilitiesProvide Learning & Development (L&D) coordination and administration of training and engagement eventsMonitor and maintain employees training recordsGenerate periodical training reports Coordinate induction program agenda and invitations for new hiresAdminister post-training evaluation surveys/ formsBe the SME for questions related to Training Registration, LMS, etcSupport Learning & Development projects and campaigns roll outSupport L&D related invoice processing and follow-upBe the Learning Management System (LMS) administrator to create, manage and maintain learning assignments and recordsCollaborate and work closely with the IT team for any system issueJob RequirementsA minimum of 4years working experience in Training / Learning and Development or related domainBachelor's Degree in related field Proficient in Microsoft Excel Adequate knowledge of learning management software Meticulous Strong data analytical skills Be a part of UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
