Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver dynamic training programs tailored to diverse needs across the region. Collaborate with various stakeholders to uncover training needs, creating custom solutions that drive performance. Spearhead L&D initiatives focused on career development and leadership skills. Measure and enhance the impact of training, incorporating feedback to refine learning strategies. Promote and nurture a culture of continuous learning and development within Anytime Fitness Asia. Requirements: Demonstrated success in Learning & Development, ideally in a regional capacity. Fluent in English and Malay, with exceptional communication skills. Analytical thinker with a talent for turning data into actionable learning strategies. A creative and adaptable approach to problem-solving and program design.
