Responsibilities:
• Oversee and ensure smooth operations of all tenancy/agreement matter that are under your portfolio including but not limited to generating of invoices, updating of sales report etc.
• Responsible for vetting and reviewing of agreements and contracts.
• Liaise with landlords and tenants on all tenancy matters.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve work issues.
• Provide customer service support.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Building & Property Management or Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experiences (Contract Management/supporting legal department preferred)
• Good written and interpersonal communication skills
• Effectively bilingual
• Possess initiative and good phone etiquette.
