Leasing Executive

**Job Description**s- Effectively plan, promote and assist to lease out, secure and monitor occupancy for the company's properties- Sourcing for potential prospects and attend to enquiry.- Conduct marketing sales calls, site viewings and presentations.- Source and implement suitable marketing and leasing advertising and promotional (A&P) activities/events in promoting the residential properties assigned to align with organization policies and standards- Conduct market research to keeping up with market trends- Resolve any tenants' concerns and issues immediately- Prepare, update and maintain all leasing documentations- Prepare and maintain tenancy agreements, management reports as well as documents with regards to lease transaction- Maintain a good rapport with new and existing tenants- Communicate issues to management and plan a course of corrective action.Requirement- Diploma/Degree in Leasing/Marketing/Estate Management/Property Management/ Retail/Business Administration or related disciplines.- Minimum 2 years working experience in related field- Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.- Computer literate- Strong communication skills.- Good written and spoken in English.- Posses own transport- Based in **Kampar Perak****Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Kampar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)- Leasing: 1 year (preferred)
