Leasing Executive / Senior Executive

Job Description Job Description To source for potential buyers and tenants for unsold units and preparation on relevant documents
To appoint and monitor agent for the sale/rent of the company?s unsold units
Responsible for all tenancy related matters pertaining to property leasing including sourcing and securing tenants, reviewing and negotiating of tenancy, coordinate tenancy documents, and agreements, attends to tenants inquiries and complaints
To follow up with purchasers for the sale process from the initial contact until the completion of the purchase for the said unit (including a collection of booking fees, arrange SPA signing, loan application and vacant possession of the unit)
Assist to formulate attractive sales/rental proposals and effective action plans
To plan and organize marketing activities to promote the company?s unsold units
To prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
To keep abreast of the property market?s trend and demand
To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time
Job Requirements:
Candidate possess at least a Diploma, Property Development/ Real Estate Management or equivalent.
Minimum at least 1- 2 years of working experience in a related field is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Required Skills: Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and sale target.? The motivation for Sales, Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Professionalism, Positive attitude, self-discipline?
