Daiman Development- Johor Bahru- Posted on 3-Jul-23Leasing & Marketing ExecutiveDaiman DevelopmentJob Description**Description**- Job Objective: To source suitable tenants, initiate discussions with potential tenants, negotiate and finalize the Tenancy Agreement, and other related terms and conditions, respectively.- To liaise and negotiate with existing tenants on renewal terms and conditions for tenancy agreements.- To attend to tenancy-related matters, be proactive in responding and follow up by maintaining a good landlord-tenant relationship.- To conduct regular checks of premises to ensure tenants comply with all terms and rules stipulated in the Tenancy Agreement.- To plan and implement marketing activities, advertising, and promotional events.- To be involved in marketing surveys by studying property leasing and market trends analysis for rental rates, occupancy rates, and competitors' commercial or retail developments.- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by HOD.**Company**Daiman Group of Companies comprises of businesses in property development (its core business), property investment, trading, plantation and in sports & recreation.
