**Qualifications and Skills**- **Master in Business Management, Business Administration or Human Resources (ONLY)**- **Bachelor in Human Resources (ONLY)**- **1-3 **year teaching experience- _Experience in industrial _would be an added advantage- Passionate in teaching- Proficient in English- Able to hybrid learning session**Responsibilities and Duties**- Perform the tasks as lecturer as follows:- Develop a tutorial and exam questions bank- Passionate in self-development for better and effective teaching and learning techniques to students- Conduct research on current projects to improve skills and knowledge- Ensure that all programme standards and codes of practice for programme accreditation are complied with the standards as enshrined in the framework and requirements of the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)- Implement and manage the college activities that have been entrusted by the management.
