Develop, review, update and prepare lesson plans, tutorials, assignments and class discussion in compliance with the syllabus and curriculum and to reflect current practices;- Conduct and deliver quality lectures, tutorials, discussion, workshop, consultancy and other means of learning facilitation professionally and effectively to students;- Contribute to the development of new academic programme and to provide ideas, suggestion, proposals, and recommendation to further improve the overall operations, management and profitability of the faculty and the university;- Supervise undergraduate's student and responsible for students' academic progress;- Consistently monitor and provide feedbacks to students on their performance and to provide academic counselling to students;- Involve in general academic administration of the faculty;- Participate in research and publications;- Supervise students in research projects;- Involve in the development of examination papers and other assessments accordingly to the course learning outcomes, invigilate examinations and evaluate students' performance;- Participate in community engagement projects towards increasing the SETARA rating of the university; and- Involve in marketing activities such as education fairs, open days and other marketing drives.**Requirements**:- At least 3-5 years of teaching experience with some program management experience;- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;- Good command of English;- Able to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment as well as independently; and- Able to communicate effectively and work synchronously and harmoniously with the management and other associates within the University.Currently, AMU provides a comprehensive educational pathway beginning from foundation and diploma studies for post-secondary school certificate holders who can then move on to pursuing undergraduate studies.
