Lecturer Pprogramme Coordinator - Accounting

**QUALIFICATIONS**- At least 3 years of working experience with a minimum of 1 year in the industry and 2 years of teaching experience in tertiary education.- Passionate in teaching and willing to go the extra mile to provide students excellent quality education.- Excellent command of spoken and written English.- Good personality and positive attitudes, initiative, motivation, a strong sense of responsibility, and ability to display a good team player.- Fresh graduates will be considered if they are able to provide a strong portfolio in related fields.**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**- Review and develop lesson plans & teaching plans in compliance with the syllabus and curriculum.- Conduct lectures, tutorials, practical and any other means of facilitating the learning of students.- Involve in the academic development, administration, and marking of exams and other assessments within the School- Provide pastoral care, academic counseling, and mentoring sessions for all students.- Monitor and report student progress in terms of academic performance and attendance.**OTHER DUTIES**:- Keep in touch with industry professionals to widen network and opportunities for various industrial projects.- Involve with recruitment-related activities such as Open Day, Edu Fairs, School Outreach, etc.- Involve with marketing communication team (Design and development).**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Expected Start Date: 09/04/2023
