Legal Associate

Applicant will be exposed to and involved in Litigation and Conveyancing. Conveyancing: Advising, negotiating, drafting and completing Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs);- Advising, drafting and completing loan and facilities documents arising from the SPA transaction;- Liaising with clients, developers, banks and other related government bodies;- Great organizational skills, attention to detail, meet deadline and systematic. Litigation: Preparing, drafting, analyzing and reviewing numerous agreements;- Conduct legal research, observe and keep abreast of news laws and regulations;- Able to draft cause papers competently and present themselves well in Court;- Able to handle files independently with minimum supervision; and - Capable individuals will be groomed as Partners.LEGAL FIRM COVERING A WIDE RANGE OF PRACTICE AREA FROM MARITIME & SHIPPING LAW TO FAMILY MATTERS. HANDLES BOTH LITIGATION AND CONVEYANCING.Bachelor's or Equivalent
