Immediate Vacancies at Solaris Dutamas (Publika)**MESSRS SHANG & CO.**C3-3-15, Solaris DutamasNo. 1, Jalan Dutamas 150480 Kuala LumpurTel: 0364118871Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9 am-6 pm) except Public HolidaysJob Responsibilities- Provide secretarial support- Provide administrative tasks including manage calls, correspondences & filing- Manage Court Efiling System- Manage in-house client's portal (Training provided)- Communicate with lawyers, clients and government authorities- Update court calendars and schedules- Arrange for appointments- Assist in litigation and conveyancing related mattersJob Requirements- With or without working experience- Good command of written and spoken English- Strong computer skills- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Meticulous and have an eye for detail- Able to work independently under minimum supervisionJob Benefits- Basic Salary + EPF + SOCSO + EIS- Allowance- Bonus for employees with good attendance and performance- Increment once a year for employees with good attendance and performance**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,300.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
