Managing signatories and handling simple legal documents. Handling and screening all incoming calls. Providing ad hoc administrative support to the team as required. Assisting in the preparation and filing of legal documents. Managing and maintaining executives' schedules and appointments. The Profile You have at least 1 year experience within a Legal Secretary role, ideally within the Professional Services industry. You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint). You are organised and have good interpersonal skills. Prior documentation experience would be an advantage. You have good typing speed and an eye for detail. You have working knowledge of keep up with court diary You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders You are a strong networker & relationship builder The Employer Their Firm are trusted by clients to act for their commercial and legal interests.
