Instruct external counsel and manage legal costs.Who should join usBachelor's Degree in law (LLB) from a reputable universityAdmitted as Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of MalayaAt least 7 years post qualification experience as an in-house legal counsel and private practice lawyerSignificant experience in contract and commercial contracts drafting and negotiationStrong legal drafting and negotiation skills and ability to lead and conduct any contract negotiation independently with minimal guidance.
