Legal Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIESTo provide advisory services on various legal issues to the management and ensure contracts and policies made are in compliance with standards and laws.To handle legal documentations for the Company, which includes drafting business and consumers contracts and letters as well as reviewing agreement to ensure legal compliance.To be responsible in ensuring that the operations of the Company's business comply with both internal and external regulatory standards.To manage the Company's legal risk matters to ensure required interests are protected, minimize risk exposure, manage financial and other liabilities adequately to the Company's interests.To assist in managing/reviewing panel solicitors and annual performance assessments.To undertake and special projects or duties arranged by the Management and a result driven person.We are an established Company in the têxtile Industry providing exclusive fabric designs for both local and overseas market, including providing tailoring service and ready to wear items designed in-house from the finest quality fabric.Bachelor's or Equivalent
