Legal Executive

Review Company's legal documents to ensure all terms and conditions are fair and in order- Draft, vet, negotiate & prepare any legal related documents- Identify, manage & mitigate legal risk issues across the Company- Provide legal knowledge and guidance to Company whenever required- Proactively support Company's compliance through adherence to Company's policies, processes & practices- Ensure that all business activity is conducted in line with Company values, policies & ethics code of conduct- Yearly review of Company's policies and internal agreements- Provide legal opinion and advise on legal matters concerning the Company- Ensure proper filing & management of legal document- Liaise and coordinate with external lawyers in regards to legal matters concerning the Company- Carry out any other reasonable duties or tasks assigned by Direct Superior or the Company whenever required- Make recommendation or draft formal legal responses to any issue arises (if necessary)- Assist in corporate secretarial matter and liaise with the Company Secretary whenever requiredPay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional development- Vision insurance- Work from homeSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- PQE: 2 years (preferred)Application Deadline: 05/31/2024Expected Start Date: 06/03/2024
