They are seeking for a Legal Executive to join our dynamic team.- ** Role**: Legal Executive- ** Remuneration**: Max MYR 5000- ** Location**: Penang, Malaysia**Responsibilities**:- Assisting the legal department on the administration of contracts and legal documents.- Reviewing, drafting and proof-reading legal contracts and legal documents.- Providing administrative assistance to the legal department as well as other ad hoc tasks as and when required.- Implementing and managing a risk and compliance monitoring program for the Company.- Assisting in the project compliance and licensing.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in Law- A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience- Strong communication ability and interpersonal skills- Skilled in cloud-based tools and Microsoft Office SuiteCompany Reg No.: 201131609D | Licence No.: 11C4684 | Ahmed Umair
