Legal Intern

CH Phoon & Associates is offering paid internship opportunities to undergraduate law students who are interested in getting first-hand experience in an IP law firm. You will work alongside our partner and IP team, giving you a chance to gain a real insight into the depth and breadth of IP practice. Our internship scheme will run from May 2024 - July 2024. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESConduct research on trademark, patent and industrial design laws, precedents, and regulations. Support agents in preparing legal opinions, memoranda, and reports regarding intellectual property matters.Conducting legal and other areas of research.Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc legal tasks as required.REQUIREMENTSFresh graduates or final year studentsOral and written proficiency in English and MalayCandidate must be a self-starter, able to work independently and complete assignments in a timely manner.
