Licensing Officer

**Key Responsibilities**1. License and Permit Management- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements2. Regulatory Updates and Compliance- Monitor changes in transportation laws and regulations to ensure the company's policies and practices remain in compliance- Implement processes to ensure ongoing compliance with new and existing regulations3. Documentation and Record-Keeping- Develop and maintain a comprehensive record-keeping system for all licensing, permitting, and certification documents- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies in a timely manner4. Issue Resolution and Reporting- Address and resolve any licensing-related issues, discrepancies, or violations- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory agencies in accordance with specified timelines**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field- Proven experience as a Licensing Officer or in a similar regulatory compliance role within the transportation industry- Strong understanding of local, state, and federal transportation regulations and licensing requirements- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail- Effective communication and interpersonal skills- Be responsible and discipline- Willing to go to the government department such as JTK to renew the license**Salary**: From RM1,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)
